Calidons

Description: Calidons are powerful, aquatic based monsters who hunt on land and at sea. They are extremely aggressive, and will not hesitate to chase anyone down who it spots. While the Calidon has six hands, only four of them are of use. The top set of hands are designed to produce and hurl fireballs at hostiles. It is theorized that Calidons collect their ammunition at underwater volcanoes. Their second set of arms contain large, powerful hands and claws that can slice a man or elf in half. While Calidons are typically only spotted near large bodies of water, some report having spotted Calidons travelling very far distances. Calidons typically travel alone, or sometimes with a partner.
