Physical Appearance:
A 6'0ft masculine drell who's scales are colored a dull orange and his muscles are a blank blue. He wears a set of Drell armor made from the Vanguards of Kalahira. He usually carries a M-77 Paladin and wears a tattered robe over his armor to conceal parts of it. He also wears a mask to hide his identity in public and has been observed using wings that sprout from his suit to fly and move quickly.

Notes:
Seems to hold dominion over the Awoken Collectors and seems to be gathering any and all species for a reason unknown.
Has been noted to be doing these actions for the Drell species, who faces extinction with their low population numbers.
Noted to be a powerful biotic, showing power that is nearly more powerful than a Matriarch Justicar, His powers seem to be amplified by a being or object unknown.

Information recieved from the crew's investigation into Arakriel's former apartment on the Citadel revealed a map that planned his next few moves as well as a stack of papers that have come from different members of the Drell who hold multiple positions. Most of the pages, when translated, Are letters from before the reaper war giving support to their spectre and granting their thanks, One of the few that stood out form the rest was a letter written by a drell under the name of "Uriel Vertanos." The note reads as it follows:
"Arakriel, I appreciate what you have been doing for our people during these troubling times, To have you leading our fighters into battle alongside the others is a great deed and we will never forget it, but I worry for the future of our people, after this war, with the lost of some many of our kind on Kahje and the destruction of our cities on Kahje, we have no where to live now, And I fear we face extinction. I only hope that when this war is over, if we both survive this, that you do what you think is right, at any cost, save our people. Good luck sere, and fight well. -Uriel Vertanos."
Arakriel's recent logs seem to be him rampant with anger and frustration from the choices he's had to make since the Council have been denying the Vertanos Accords, a document allowing the Drell to settle on suitable planets in the Terminus systems in order to gather resources on their own and remain away from public eye. With Arakriel's patience finally snapping, he has allied himself with a entity unknown to gain great power and take control over the Collectors. Using this power, he plans to secure his people's future, at any cost.
