Lieutenant Commander Adande Greene - I've known him for six years and there is no way I can work with any other soldier like I can him. We've formed a bond that can be found only in combat. We've shared foxholes, casualties, burdens. We've seen death and suffered together. We've been there for each other in dire moments. I'm truly proud to have served with him.
SvC Flynt Thatcher - He's like a brother to me more than anyone. I'm glad he's serving with us again, it's where he belongs.
Travis Kelce - He was a good marine and he always stood firm by his beliefs. Hard-headedness caused problems, I'll admit, it was his best and worst trait but he never changed himself because of someone else opinion. I'm glad I can call him a good friend of mine and I'm very glad that he survived and was able to retire, I hope maybe one day I'll follow him in that path.
Flight Lieutenant Diogo Stolarz - Stolarz is the only member of the original crew from when we first stepped off on the vessels first mission. I remember he had some shakeups when he started off but it's not easy to fly this vessel. Regardless, he's an expert at everything that has to do with the ship. He's a good and old friend and not even getting his legs chopped off killed him or even slowed him down a little. I wish all my friends were like him. He's a valuable person and not just to me.
Kyle Vernon - Vernon's a good corpsman, never had an issue with any order, fellow marine or anything. Doubt he will in the future either, that's squared away.
Victoria Morello - Fresh Marine, not known for anything yet, soon enough she will be.
Hated:
The Reapers - Their existence was flawed from the start and generations of billions of people had to pay for it. Until they ran into this generation. They took a lot from us so we took everything from them. There's no more I can do about them, they ran their course and now they're gone. And we've proven our place in the galaxy.
Lost Personnel:
War Casualties - It's a soldiers duty to die in combat. One day I'll join them all in the afterlife, similar to the way they themselves were delivered. It takes only one small difference in a battle to change the fact that I am alive and my comrades are dead. Though I can't ask to change what happened, I can carry on the fight for them. A burden I will carry until the day I die.

Unit History:
Martin Banner was born in the year 2153 somewhere in South Africa. He did not, however, stay there long, not when he had two parents devoted to the Alliance and still serving in the fleet. Soon after he was born, Martin was taken to live on the Alliance Vessel SSV Flagstaff. He was only four years old when the First Contact War began and in the wake of major military mobilization, Martin was made to live on the Luna colony. The war was quick, however and Martin soon returned to his home that was an alliance cruiser. His parents emerged from the war unscathed physically but his father had not remained unchanged, at first Martin didn't notice as he was too young to understand what happened but as the years went by he realized what happened and how seeing too much changes a man.
Despite Banner having this disturbing knowledge of shell shock and the horrors of war, he decided to join the Alliance Fleet Marines. His parents were both crewmen in the Navy but Banner had heard the stories of his ancestors going back to the first Banner marine, James Banner, who Martin aspired to be like in terms of the mans professionalism, boldness, courage and service. Banner passed basic training at the top of his class earning him an early JNCO training, which he gladly accepted and was trained to be a Fireteam leader and given the rank of Corporal.
Being a marine wasn't all glory for the alliance in his first years, despite the fact that he was placed in a highly mobile marine division, his unit usually stayed on their cruiser as it patrolled perfectly safe areas of space. He did not, however miss out on any experience, he learned a lot from his fellow marines and most notably his squad leader. These years were slow ones as Banner saw one system from the other, never seeing the truly bad parts of the galaxy in the colonial frontier which held creatures and lifeforms that would make one shudder at the thought of what they were capable of and willing to do.
One of these lifeforms had a large market in slavery, they were known as Batarians and after years of Alliance patrols disrupting their activity, the slavers and pirates had enough. When Banner was 23 years old having served in the Marines for five years, the Skyllian Blitz occurred. He was onboard one of the first ships travelling to the system, other marine units deployed but Banners unit was still assigned to ship security and Banner thought he would still see no action. It was just his 'luck' that a highly damaged Batarian cruiser forcibly knocked onto Banners cruiser to avoid any more fire then they boarded several sections of the ship. Banners squad was sent to fortify one of the hull breaches but little did they know, the slavers were already in. When the squad entered to cargo hold, they were fired upon from all sides, his squad was cut down, marines he had known for years dead in seconds including his squad leader.
The remaining marines were leaderless and without direction, it was Banners time to step up to plate, he tossed a grenade into the cargo hold to agitate the slavers then fell back through several corridors while ensuring the slavers saw which turns they made. He set up defense in a particularly long hallway that he knew had turrets installed to. A group of Slavers the size of two squads pursued them all the way up to the corridor and that was when Banner had his immediate revenge, the slavers were all cut down by overwhelming firepower and Banner pushed his squad up pursuing the rest, finishing them off all the way to the cargo hold. The room was cleared and they forcibly disconnected the slavers boarding device which consequently jettisoned more slavers into the void of space.
After the Skyllian Blitz, Banner was promoted to Service Chief and not long after that Gunnery Chief when the old one had retired. He served well as a Platoon Chief and made sure his platoon would be the best of the company. Banner spent two years building up his own marines how he wanted and was proud of each one. Peace did not last forever and Banner was fine with this, just as he was fine with the fact that Batarians had boarded his cruiser years ago. Retribution would be brought upon by the alliance and a blow would be struck to the Batarians they would not soon recover from. Military mobilizations began and the operation known as the Raid on Torfan commenced.
Banner served admirably as the Platoon Chief, directing the flow of squads well saving many lives and even organizing defenses of the platoon HQ itself. Banner couldn't do it all, however, not against this enemy that was never fully studied who had tricks unknown to the Marines. Much of his platoon was lost amounting to the body count the size of a squad. It didn't seem like much in an operation like this but all Banner could think was that less were lost during the Skyllian Blitz and he couldn't help but think it could have been averted. After the raid, when his contract was up, Banner left the Marines to pursue what he thought would save lives.
Banner first started out studying at military academies, not just belonging to the Alliance but to the Turians, Asari, Salarians. Any race sophisticated enough for an academy and a military doctrine, Banner sought out to know it. This work was only an entry, however, as the highly educated upper echelon of the Alliance did already know these doctrines. Banner wanted to go through the galaxy with full means which would need a ship at least the size of a corvette and a crew. Banner did not have the funds for this and so he went to the colonial frontier, spit on his hands and started a PMC.
His PMC days were difficult, his company never growing anywhere past thirty men because of the unwillingness of recruits who were being sucked into the maw of already established super companies such as the Blue Suns, secondly, few were willing to go up against the innumerable vicious invasive species they went up against. Banner didn't blame them, he only blamed the ones who did join and who were not professional enough to handle it. He went from Alliance Marines to frontier gunslingers. Banner was frustrated and saw no end to his financial obstacle in sight but he was saved from an aneurysm when an old unexpected friend came to him.
His friend was the Alliance Rear Admiral Kazimir who had personally presented Banner with his rank of Service Chief and many rewards as well from the Skyllian Blitz. Kazimir somehow tracked him with his infinite resources of commanding a scout flotilla, and hired him as an alliance contractor for exactly the job Banner wanted. Banner was given a decommissioned and oldened corvette and a crew from a place in a citadel that even C-sec forgot existed. Despite their assumed isolation, his crew was a good, educated, trained and professional one that Banner liked from the start. His ship was painted red on the front bottom to signify a red beard and the ship was re-christened as the Barbarossa.
For five years, Banner and his crew traveled across the galaxy for their mission to study the military doctrines of all species and factions, even mercenaries for Alliance benefit. His crew would go everywhere from Omega, studying the cutthroat tactics of Pirates and Mercenaries all the way to Tuchanka, where he would see the ferocity but honor bound fighting habits of the Krogan. His crew would also at times explore planets suitable for Alliance military installations and being good Samaritans responded to distress calls and stopped for stranded ships. After years much knowledge had been added to the Alliance database thanks to the efforts of The Barbarossa. Kasimir came to him, again, however for another contract he was well suited for involving the Geth.
Server Developed History
Banner was offered to be a civilian contractor to compile all the data found on a very dangerous and potential enemy of the Alliance, the Geth. Banner agreed to the contract and left his corvette in the hands of his Executive, Gabriel Staffen. Banner embarked into Geth space onboard the SSV Constantinople, a top of the line Alliance stealth frigate commanded by Adande Greene, a man who would later become a Spectre. Banner used the opportunity well and gained a large fraction of the information that is now in the Alliance database on the Geth. He even had the opportunity to study a re-programmed Geth that fought for the Alliance. Banner was used to fighting along side the marines of the Constantinople and for reasons he didn't know, stayed onboard accompanying them on dangerous missions long after the threat of the Geth was moved past.
It was somewhere in the second month of his contract when the crew discovered an alien species that Banner helped to research. They had been abducting colonies and seemed to be a disgusting abomination of genetic engineering on Prothean subjects. These abductors attacked the Constantinople on multiple occasions tearing through the advanced upgrades like paper. After realizing the potential loss and knowing that his contract was coming to a close as the Geth mission was over, Banner did what he had to. He talked to Rear Admiral Kasimir, still in command of the Flotilla that the Constantinople was subordinate to, and requested to re-join the Alliance Marines as an officer. Kasimir gladly accepted the proposition and got Banner to the rank of Staff Lieutenant so he could serve as the Executive Officer of the Constantinople. Now Banner in charge of the marines who he fought alongside readies himself to go back into the Colonial Frontier, to discover the secret of the abominable abducting aliens that could very well bring about the end to the Systems Alliance and all others as well.
Banner Commanded the Second Marine Reconnaissance Company throughout it's campaign against the collectors and it's peacekeeping missions across the galaxy. The knowledge he gained on the galaxy and it's threats enabled him to become a far greater commander than he had ever been in his previous term as an Alliance Marine. He commanded almost every ground mission the company embarked on, seeing them all through to the end. Blood was spilled, the enemies and that of the marines. Banner grew close to the men and women in the company, the blows were as devastating as they had always been, nothing had changed since his first action but there was an important difference, Banner disciplined himself to show strength in such the face of such a thing, he was able to knowing that acting in such a manner, even if it was a simple deception was better for the marines living and those killed. Such a method of approach has made Banner maintain a professional relationship with the marines under his command despite how close he has grown to the marines of the company.
After fighting the collectors in several skirmishes and intelligence gathering missions up till the point when Shepard destroyed their main hive mind. After every peace keeping mission and every pirates hunted down. After participating in the bloody battle of New Thebes, the company was spared no time to rest. Only days after the Battle of New Thebes had occurred, The Constantinople was back to responding to short term calls, their first call was a cargo ship being under attack by pirates. In truth, the ship and the call were a ruse by Cerberus in an attempted action against the Alliance, whether it was against the Constantinople specifically or just a random attack remains unknown. The mission, however went from one sudden change to a much worse one when a Reaper vessel entered the system and engaged the Constantinople as well as three other Cerberus Corvettes in space. The Marines evacuated quickly and the Constantinople barely escaped the system and returned to friendlier ports.
As soon as the threat was realized, it was unknown whether this vessel was isolated or apart of a larger force. Nevertheless, it was deemed important enough to report to the Alliance Council. Banner was sent as an emissary. When he spoke to the Council, he was dismissed since their previous engagement had been with Cerberus Banner was only put under the finder of suspicion as having been compromised. Despite his word as an officer, his claim was ignored and his loyalty to the Alliance was personally questioned. He left the chamber boiling with anger though his loyalty never to the Alliance itself never wavered. As for the council, he wrote off their words as simple paranoia induced by the recent threat of extremism caused by Cerberus.
Not long after, the company went into Batarian space, where the reapers had been reported to gather hard evidence. The mission was a success almost at the start, however extraction was disastrous. Their ground forces proved overwhelming, huge amounts of husks nearly broke the marine lines several times and combined Geth and Collector infantry hampered their advance and capabilities. Reapers, on the ground were deemed by Banner, the most dangerous threat yet. In space it was no better, The Constantinople itself holding off a single reaper was out of the question. Out of all the doctrines he had studied, all of the experiences he had been through, everything he had seen in the galaxy, nothing was as deadly, nothing was more of a threat to life than the Reapers. Realizing this, Banner, despite all of his education and experienced was stumped in the theory of fighting such an adversary alone. "Not even a superpower like the Alliance could fight back such a force alone."
With their evidence, Banner and his commander, Greene, returned to Earth to present the evidence. Such concrete data was accepted, however, it was done too late. The Reapers landed on Earth, one vessel landed only 500 meters away from the Company, who, at the time, were scattered on shore leave. The men were able to arm, regroup and finally escape the city with some rescued civilians. Earth had fallen, humanities core and central of government was descended upon and destroyed, all witnessed firsthand by Banner. There was now one threat, one adversary that mattered now.
Banner now at a secured underground location on Earth prepares to once again lead the 2nd MSRC into battle in defense of Earth and her people. A long and bloody confrontation would take place and it would not spare any life, no matter how important. Banner now looks upon his marines as they prepare underground to strike back. He knows the casualties and has difficulties contemplating how such unfathomable loss even can be dealt with. He goes forward now into the battleground that now is Earth with intent to destroy the enemy and care to keep his marines alive.
Martin Banner was thought to be killed in action during an individual action to manually open a hangar door allowing the 2nd MSRC to evacuate the facility. He was posthumously awarded a medal of valor for his action in saving and commanding his unit. The entirety of his remains were never found nonetheless he was given a military funeral onboard the cruiser he grew up on, the SSV Flagstaff.

Re: StfLt Martin Banner
I updated my dossier by moving all the people out of the new arrivals section because you are not new. I sent those vagrants to different parts of my dossier like neutral or respected. I removed color because white is right and color is wrong. I put some people in who weren't in previously.

Re: StfLt Martin Banner
I finally updated it after almost a month.
What I did here was completely redid my relations. Liked and respected are starting to get too generic for most people so i made a custom section with two subsections for most of these people.
i put gunny in this time only its not gunny anymore
