Diplomatic Relations Damaged!

Yesterday, we learned from Citadel News that there was a major terrorist attack on the Quarian Embassy in which thirty Quarians were murdered along with all suspected terrorists except for one. Footage from the interior reveals a room full of Quarian hostages being slaughtered by automated defenses and a lone human fleeing the scene. The human seen fleeing the scene has been identified as Travis Kelce. He was detained shortly after fleeing the SSV Constantinople. He is being held on the Citadel until further notice. Now onto Diplomatic Relations, the Quarians have announced that they are cancelling construction of the monument to Jason Kelce stating "We know that Kelce [Travis] has stated his disdain for the monument but we did not know that he would resort to such an atrocity. Let it be known that there will not be justice until Kelce [Travis] is in our hands." We have also received word from Alliance sources that the Quarians have requested Kelce be extradited as the Quarian Embassy is Quarian territory.
