Celebration erupted across the southern half of Astrica as De Handeliga (The Trade League) was established between the Asketillian capital of Hanse and the South's capital of Kocicka. The Trade League is not one between nations but rather cities. The country in which a trade league city is located in is only taken into account for administrative regions known as Quarters.
