"Caesar's Legion, a autocratic, traditionalist, reactionary slaver society, and a totalitarian dictatorship founded by a man calling himself 'Caesar'. Caesar had formed the legion by crushing the neighboring tribes. Made up of over ninety-two tribes by the time of 2286, Caesar had claimed Arizona for himself and established his society in the former city of Flagstaff. Now he seeks to branch out to the south after the resignation of the Mojave, and hopes to completely subjugate the Arizona Baja frontier and towards the southeast, towards Texas and New Mexico."

"And in the middle of it all was the settlement of Yuma, named after the former city of pre-war Yuma. The Frontier had become a interest to locals living in Nevada and some of the settlers in California due to it's untouched lands, resources and because of the limited authority that the once imperialistic NCR had over them. The town of Yuma was established by in 2283 by local frontiersmen and wastelanders and has flourished since then. Nearly becoming the only settlement in the Arizona Baja frontier to survive the Frontier's wildlife and numerous raiders. However, The Legion, now wishing to completely secure Arizona's territory for Caesar's gratitude, has begun sending scouts into the frontier as well."

"But the glares of the NCR and the Legion do not matter to most of those who inhabit the frontier, every day is a struggle. And surviving the wastes is hard enough. Having the NCR and Legion making the frontier a skirmish is only a reminder that War will always remain the same."
